A woman with her hands on her face

This website contains various documents which are available to download. Most documents are either Microsoft Word (PC version - should work in Word 97, 2000 or XP) or PDF files which can be viewed in Adobe Reader. There are two ways of getting the files on to your computer:

  1. Right-click on the link to the file.
  2. Select either 'save target as' (in Internet Explorer) or 'save link as' (in Netscape) from the menu.
  3. Save the file on to the hard disk of your computer - make sure you use either a '.doc' file extension if it is a Word file or a '.pdf' file extension if it is a PDF file.
  4. You should be able to open the file in the correct application.

or:

  1. Click on the link to the file.
  2. If you have Microsoft Word (PC version) or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, the file should open in a browser window.
  3. Save the file on to your hard disk straight away (don't forget the correct file extension - see above).
  4. Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free by following this link to the Adobe website.
  5. If you have problems downloading your form, contact us on 020 7332 3710 or email citybridgetrust@cityoflondon.gov.uk and we can email it to you as an attachment.

Here are some additional tips if you wish to complete the Trust's application forms on your computer:

The Trust's grant application forms are available in Microsoft Word format. You will be able to move between answer fields by pressing the 'tab' key (to move forwards) or 'shift' + 'tab' (to move backwards). Some fields are pre-formatted (i.e. you can only enter numbers or select items from a drop-down list).

The form can be completed and saved on your hard disk. We suggest that you save a spare copy of the form to work on.

The layout and formatting of the form is protected and the space for answers is strictly limited. The reason for this is that your application could be included in the Trust's committee papers and therefore needs to be presented in a uniform page layout. It is also assists the Trust's staff and committee members find the necessary information quickly and easily if answers are in the correct places on the page.

Don't forget that the Trust cannot accept applications via email. You must print out your form and send it with all the necessary enclosures to:
