Tools for
Success - One Day Workshops
Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness will be running a series
of one day workshops this autumn to support the following
Tools
for Success guides.
- Governance - getting the basics right, 16 September
- Direction - strategic planning, 22 September
- Finance - finance for non-finance managers, 29 September
- People - getting it right, managing people, 7 October
- Finance - sustainable funding, 15 October
- Networks - effective networks, 20 October
- Operations - project management, 27 October
Each workshop costs £150. Participants will receive a copy
of Tools for Success at the first workshop. Participants may attend
subsequent workshops at the lower price of £120 per day.
50% subsidies on the cost of workshops are available to a
limited number of organisations funded by the City Bridge Trust or
which are based within the M25.
